RTNY# 1215
The king of jasmine teas. Jasmine Pearls are made with young green tea, using the first two leaves and a bud. It is processed in a traditional green tea fashion and then hand-rolled into small pearls during the shaping process. Once finished, they are set aside until May when the jasmine harvest begins. The flowers are picked in the early hours of the day while the buds are closed. The jasmine is then mixed in with the tea and left overnight to bloom and infuse. This step can be repeated for several nights until the aroma has fully set into the tea.
