This lot comes to us from Neftali Castro of Finca El Diamante in Cajamarca, Tolima. Born and raised in Cajamarca, Neftali is the youngest of seven siblings and the only one working on the farm with his parents. Neftali has worked on various public works projects and currently works for Tolima's UMATA, an organization that focuses on agricultural technical assistance and development programs.

Neftali consistently produces quality coffee, evidenced in part by placing in multiple Cup of Excellence competitions throughout the years. He is a leader who cares deeply about guiding his peers into the world of specialty coffee.
