How to create and maintain the ritual that coffee and tea are in the face of CoVid-19

During these challenging times, we are all doing the best we can to retain our customer base. Regular customers are the lifeblood of the business after all.  The good news?  Coffee (and Tea!) is ritualistic. Your customers come back over and over again and are loyal to your brand. All you need to do is a)adjust this ritual to meet the current circumstances and b)make acquiring your offerings easy and safe.  It is even possible that you can be that assessable easy ritual for new people in search of some normalcy.  Yes, this is all possible

Coffee has been categorized as an ‘essential’ business. Great, we can keep our doors open, but what do we do now?  What do we do to protect our employees while serving customers? How do we practice social distancing and keep our sales in a place that is sustainable?  How are we going to get by? We don’t have all the answers for you, and at the end of the day each business has to decide for its self what risks it is willing to take, and what version of staying open will work best for them.
