This organic matcha comes to us from Henta Seicha, owned and operated by 2nd generation tea farmer Mr. Koicha Henta. Made with a blend of Okumidori and Yabukita cultivars, the tea is shade grown for about 3-5 weeks before being ground into matcha using both machine and stone grinding practices. Lightly floral with notes of buttery and a mild sweetness.
