Another great find.  Nepal has begun to really stand out on its own, making teas of equal or better quality than what is found across the border in Darjeeling.   Full bodied, with a smooth mouth feel, this tea combines the hay and floral notes one would expect from a Silver Needles white tea and balances it with muscatel grape, sweetness and minerality.

Kuwapani Estate, Dhankuta, Nepal Brewing Suggestions: We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat to 195F/90C. Use 2g / 1.5 tsp of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep 5-7 minutes.
