A classic blend of Chinese gunpowder tea and mint. The gunpowder imparts a flavor of earthiness with some vegetal notes, anchoring the brightness of the mint. Can be served either hot or over ice. Brewing Suggestions: We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat to 175F. Use 2.5g of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep 3-4 minutes.
