Coffee

What are your coffee offerings?

We offer specialty grade, green coffee sourced from over 30 origins around the world. Our offerings range from everyday café staples to high-scoring micro lots, all individually selected and ethically sourced by our team of experienced coffee traders.

While we primarily offer coffee in full bag increments, we also have a select assortment in 22lb. boxes available on the Royal NY Line Up.

Where do you distribute coffee to?

We distribute coffee solely to the eastern half of the U.S.

Is there an order minimum for coffee?

There are no minimum order requirements for coffee. Whether you're an established roastery or just getting started, we've got you covered.

What is the Royal New York Line Up?

The Royal NY Line Up is our rotating assortment of the most unique, high scoring lots of specialty green coffee—delivered in approachable quantities. Our graders and experts have worked closely with our most elite partners at origin to test, discover, and source the most exceptional varieties and processing methods so you can offer your customers something truly special. The Royal NY Line Up offers 22lb. boxes of green coffee and includes FREE SHIPPING within the continental U.S.

Do you sell roasted coffee?

We exclusively carry specialty green coffee products. While we will roast coffee for quality assurance and sample requests, we do not sell roasted coffee.

How should I store green coffee?

Properly storing your green coffee can dramatically increase its longevity. The best practices are to store your coffee in a climate controlled environment, free of excessive humidity and away from moisture. Airtight, food safe containers are also useful for preserving quality, provided your green coffee is not stored in an area prone to changes in temperature or relative humidity.

How long can I store green coffee?

Every coffee ages differently due to a variety of factors, but all coffee will eventually degrade in quality. It's best to roast green coffee within 6 months of receiving it.

You can extend your coffee's shelf life by utilizing proper storage methods and/or purchasing coffee in a protective bag, like GrainPro or Ecotact.

Online Ordering

How can I place an order?

In order to purchase specialty green coffee, you need to set up an account. While accounts are not required for ordering wholesale tea or Royal NY Line Up boxes, we recommend signing up as this will give you access to sample requests, live pricing, and more!

Once you're set up with an account, you can easily order through our online, e-commerce platform. If you would like further support, you can also reach out to one of our experienced coffee and tea traders.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, head on over to our Account Request Page to sign up, and one of our traders will reach out within 48 hours to finalize your account!

If you need something urgently, please give us a toll free call at 888-769-2569 to be immediately set up with an account.

Once you're signed up, you'll have access to live pricing and sample ordering on our website. Most importantly, we'll pair you with a dedicated coffee and/or tea trader who will get to know you and your business and help you make the selections that are right for you.

How can I pay for my order?

When you place an order online, payment can be made via all major credit and debit cards. If you order through a coffee or tea trader, then we will also accept direct transfer methods like ACH or wire. Once you become an established customer, we can also offer net terms to finalize your order. Discuss with your coffee or tea trader to see if this is the right fit for you.

If I purchase coffee or tea online, can I still speak with my trader?

Absolutely! Our team of traders is here to help. If you have any questions about your order, need a recommendation, or simply want an idea of what's available, reach out to your coffee or tea trader and they'll be more than happy to assist you.

Sample Orders

How much coffee and tea comes per sample?

Green coffee samples are offered in half pound increments. If your roaster is too large to accommodate that volume, we can send you roasted samples in quarter pound increments.

All tea samples come in approximately 1oz. increments, depending on the size of the ingredient(s).

How much do samples cost?

All coffee and tea samples are sent free of charge! You can order up to 4 coffee samples and 6 tea samples at a time. The only thing we ask for in return is that you provide your trader with feedback to help them understand your preferences and become better calibrated with you.

Please note that coffee sample requests are only available for coffee that resides in NJ and has more than 15 full bags instore. Likewise, tea sample requests are only available for products that have more than 5lbs. instore.

Will my coffee and tea samples ship together?

Coffee samples cannot be mixed with tea samples, so they will be shipped separately.

When will I receive my sample order?

While we typically ship a green coffee sample order within 2 business days, roasted samples may take up to 5 business days to ship. As tea is a filled-to-order product, typical lead time is 4-5 business days. Sample orders ship via UPS, so they should take 1-3 days to arrive after being shipped.

Shipping

If I order coffee and tea, will they ship together?

At this time, we cannot accommodate consolidating coffee and tea orders.

How do full bags of green coffee ship?

You can either arrange your own shipping or let us do it for you! If you choose the latter, your coffee trader will provide you with the rate quotes from our partner carriers to help you find the best price. All orders we arrange are shipped COD (collect on delivery). This means that you are responsible for paying the carrier directly for each shipment you receive. When your order ships, we'll send you your tracking number, rate quote, and information on how to pay your carrier so there isn't any guesswork.

Where will my order ship from?

We have three warehouses across the eastern United States in New Jersey, Wisconsin and Florida. Coffee orders ship out of all three warehouses while Royal NY Line Up boxes and wholesale tea orders ship exclusively out of our New Jersey warehouse.

Can I pick up my coffee order?

Yes! See customer pickup details by warehouse outlined below:
Please note that we do not offer same day pickups.

New Jersey Warehouse customer pickups are Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM and 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM.

Wisconsin Warehouse customer pickups are Monday – Friday from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM CST.
Florida Warehouse customer pickups are Monday – Friday from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.

How is tea shipped?

Tea orders under 200lbs. are shipped via UPS Ground. If you'd like to ship using your own UPS account, please select "Use my UPS account" during checkout and enter your UPS account details.

Tea orders over 200lbs. have the option to be shipped via common carrier collect. If you choose this option, please note any delivery accommodations you need from the carrier's list of accessorials, available at an additional cost.

Can I pick up my tea order?

If your business is located within NJ, NY, or PA, you will be able to select "Pick Up in Office" during checkout. Upon order completion, you will be emailed your assigned pickup date. Please note that we do not offer same day pickups. Typical lead time is 4-5 business days, depending on the size of your order.

How do Royal NY Line Up boxes ship?

All orders of 22lb. boxes from the Royal NY Line Up ship for FREE from our NJ warehouse via UPS Ground.

Can I have coffee delivered to an address that is inaccessible to a tractor trailer?

Yes! Talk to your coffee trader about any and all accommodations you need to receive a delivery. Each carrier will have a list of accessorials they can provide at an additional cost that can be included in your rate quote.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Always carefully inspect your orders for any damage before signing for delivery. While you should still accept the delivery if you notice any damage, make sure to notate it on the receipt prior to signing. Take photos of the damage, especially if it's visible while on the delivery truck. You'll then need to file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement. If you need any help with this process, we are happy to assist.

Tea

What are your tea offerings?

As a wholesale tea supplier, we offer a wide variety of pure teas and blends, as well as many herbs, spices, and botanicals.

Where do you distribute tea to?

We distribute tea to all of the United States and Canada.

Is there an order minimum for tea?

Our tea order minimum is $250. Each Royal Tea New York offering is sold in 5lb. increments, excluding matcha, which you can order by the pound.

Can I request a custom tea blend?

Yes, we are happy to offer custom wholesale tea blends! The minimum order quantity for a custom blend starts at 300lbs. Please reach out to your tea trader for more details.
