Welcome to Royal New York! We are pleased to inform you that your online account has undergone some exciting changes and is ready to go. Now that you’re logged in, head over to your My Account page and see all of the updates.
New Online Account Features
When you first enter your account home, you’ll see that we kept a lot of the features you love and simply gave them a refresh. You can still move between brands, but we’ve made it a more seamless experience. For example, if you’re looking at your coffee sample requests, clicking on our new “Tea” tab will take you directly to your tea sample requests!
Coffee
As you browse through the updates, you’ll still see tabs for your orders, reserves, marketing library, sample requests, and favorites. Since these were some of your most-loved features, our primary goal was to give them a cleaner, more modern design. However, we did make a couple of exciting updates! You can now be notified when favorites are back in stock, and you can now request reserves directly from your account! You may also notice a new tab: Bean Logic. RNY Bean Logic™ is your new, RNY-exclusive solution to manage your inventory and anticipate depletion dates! Learn all about this virtual coffee inventory manager with Joe Borg. (LINK)
Tea
Your online tea account will also look familiar. Tabs for orders, sample requests, and favorites are still active. Like coffee, we’ve made favoriting products a more personal experience! Whether its a product you saved for later or an offering you loved, check out how this feature is better than ever. (LINK)
As with Bean Logic, we also have Leaf Logic! RNY Leaf Logic™ is your tea virtual inventory manager that will help you determine when you may run out of inventory. Caitlin Schiessl breaks down what you need to know about this projection tool. (LINK)
Lab
Last, but certainly not least, we have your online account for The Lab. Here you’ll see your order history as well as your upcoming and previous classes.
When you sign up to attend a class at The Lab, we ask you to fill out a few questions so your instructor understands a little about your experience with the subject matter. If you need a refresher, you can now view your responses by clicking on an order number!
